Why should I buy hospitality tickets over general admission tickets?

While general admission gives you access to watch the game with the tens of thousands of other AFL fans, hospitality tickets give you access to better views, priority entry, exclusive suites, bars and dining, as well as countless networking opportunities. Hospitality tickets are frequently used to network with or build relationships with clients, as well as meet new business connections in common areas.

When and how will I receive my AFL matchday hospitality tickets?

Ticketek hospitality ticket holders will receive an email to the email address used at checkout with their AFL match day tickets and information. For seasonal hospitality memberships or hospitality tickets purchased directly through the SUNS Commercial Sales Team, you will receive an email on Tuesday of the week of the match with instructions on how to access your tickets through the Gold Coast SUNS app.

Can I get a refund on hospitality tickets if I can't attend the match?

Casual hospitality cancellations:

Cancellations for casual hospitality bookings with the Gold Coast SUNS must be made within 2 days of the scheduled match. However, bookings are non-refundable. A 50% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled match.

Seasonal hospitality cancellation:

Seasonal hospitality cancellation tickets with the Gold Coast SUNS are non-refundable.

Can away team fans buy hospitality tickets?

Premier Suites and Dining Packages through hospitality ticketing can be purchased by both local and away team fans. However, SUNS in Business and hospitality partners do receive discounted hospitality tickets to enable them easier access to the network and build greater business connections.

Matchday FAQs

Are there age restrictions on the GC SUNS hospitality facilities?

The Chairman’s Club presented by SIXT is restricted to 18+ patrons. However, all other SUNS Hospitality facilities are open to all ages.

What is the dress code for Gold Coast SUNS hospitality facilities?

Business or smart casual is typically acceptable at all SUNS hospitality facilities but depends on the individual facility. However, thongs and slides, tracksuits, casual runners, shorts and singlets are typically not acceptable at any facility, including The Lounge, The Balter Beer Garden, Chairman’s Club and more.  The Chairman’s Club is our most prestigious hospitality area and requires a stricter business casual dress code. Can hospitality ticket holders park at People First Stadium?

Guests with tickets to the Chairman’s Club and Private Suites are the only functions with VIP Parking at Heritage Bank Stadium. There is a limited amount of parking available for pre-purchase online via Ticketek. Parking tickets are subject to availability and often sells out quickly. Please contact your account manager for more information.
